A Year-Long Accessibility Effort Comes to Life in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.77
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.77 marks the culmination of a year-long, large‑scale update of the Plesk interface focused on accessibility. Around 200 of the most frequently used pages, along with the most popular Plesk extensions, have been updated.
We’ve delivered:
Improved compatibility with screen readers, including VoiceOver.
Improved keyboard navigation across interactive elements.
Clear and consistent focus indicators.
Support for interface scaling up to 200%.
This release also introducesGoAccess, a new open-source web statistics tool for Linux users, and ACME SSL, a new extension that adds native ACME protocol support for issuing and auto-renewing SSL/TLS certificates from any compatible Certificate Authority.
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78: Usability, Security, and Platform Improvements
A range of updates focused on usability, security, and long-term platform maintenance across Linux and Windows environments have been introduced in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78.
Key improvements include:
GoAccess now adapts to the user’s Plesk language setting and shows the relevant website name in the statistics view.
SSL workflows are streamlined when both SSL It! and ACME SSL are installed, allowing users to request ACME-compatible certificates directly from SSL It!.
New Plesk installations with Let’s Encrypt enabled now automatically secure the mail server in addition to the web interface.
Joomla! Toolkit now selects the host domain’s PHP version by default when creating new Joomla! instances, improving consistency and reducing configuration steps.
This release also includes the deprecation of AWStats and the removal of WordPress, Joomla, and PrestaShop from the APS Catalog. For the full update details, see the release notes.
We’ve reduced the price of DigiCert RapidSSL certificates (Single Domain and Wildcard) in Plesk, effective April 16, 2026, bringing them in line with our broader SSL offering.

Introducing WP Toolkit v6.10: Smarter Security and Enhanced Plugin Experience
WP Toolkit v6.10 delivers a major upgrade focused on smarter security management and a more powerful WordPress experience.
At the core of this release is the new Security Risk rating, which replaces traditional vulnerability lists with a clear, prioritized risk score for sites and components - helping you quickly identify what needs attention most.
This update also introduces a redesigned WP Toolkit plugin with expanded functionality, including in-dashboard auto-update controls, improved security with one-time login links, and new upsell opportunities.
As part of this release, the WP Toolkit WordPress plugin will now be automatically installed on all WordPress installations, bringing essential management features directly into the WordPress admin and making it easier to handle updates, security checks, and routine tasks without leaving the site.
