In honor of the FIFA World Cup, we're bringing you The Pitch List: our completely unsolicited and slightly chaotic game within the games.

For those of you looking to up the ante at your watch parties and bring out the competitor in everyone, this is the medium-stakes, high-reward challenge you didn't know you needed.

The rules are simple: Watch out for these moments throughout the games and when you spot them, act fast and do one of the actions below. From workout prompts to love life consequences, you'll get a little fitness, a little frenzy, and a lot of fun. You're welcome!

Corner kicks - Do five lunges per leg.
Headers - Last one to yell “heads” does 10 squats.
Yellow card - Post your oldest TikTok draft.
Red card - Text an ex.
Penalty kick - Hold a 30-second plank or until the kick is made.
Goals - Give someone in the room a compliment.
If the game ends in a tie - Rock, papers, scissors with someone in the room. Loser buys drinks.
Chants/singing - Schedule a workout class.
If a player slides - Slide into someone’s DMs (friend, partner, crush, celebrity).
Celebrity sighting - Freeze in place in your best red carpet pose until the camera cuts away.
Substitutions - Swap seats with someone in the room. Last person to swap does a 20-second wall sit.
