Hi Friend

We are kind of obsessed with reading skincare ingredient labels. Not just ours, but everyone’s.
So when we started digging into some of the most iconic and expensive moisturizers on the market (we’re talking ones with seriously devoted cult followings), we noticed something.
The stories are beautiful. The packaging is stunning. But the full ingredient list? It’s not part of the conversation. So, in our latest blog post, we decided to dig deep and find out why.
And here’s what we found:
  • Synthetic fragrance

  • Refined seed oils

  • Preservatives

  • Synthetic dyes

  • Petroleum derivatives

In formulas that cost hundreds of dollars, this just doesn’t feel right. (Honestly, it’s not right in any formula, whether it’s $15 or $500.)

But you wouldn’t expect this from a luxury item, which is what makes this so frustrating!

But don’t worry — we wrote it all down and compared it to the ingredients that truly support your skin (and that you’ll find in Primally Pure’s Balms + Creams).

So before you buy a cult-favorite luxury moisturizer, read this article to see if the price tag is worth it.

P.S. All of our Balms + Creams were built on a totally different philosophy than most luxury moisturizers: prioritizing ingredients your skin recognizes at concentrations they can actually make a difference.
