One of my favorite targets, and one I have been saving for the biggest draft weekend of the year, is Parker Washington.
Washington broke out late last season, taking over the slot in Liam Coen's offense and finishing strong through the playoffs while showing he could produce on the outside as well. Over his final four games, he caught 26 passes for 454 yards and three touchdowns. He also earned more work outside and handled it well, posting an 85.1 receiving grade that ranked among the top 10 at the position.
Coen's history of producing elite fantasy receivers gives Washington real upside at his current ADP. The likelier outcome is a balanced passing attack where production shifts week to week, with Washington going for 100 yards one Sunday and taking a back seat the next. That volatility can be frustrating, but he has shown enough to make the upside worth chasing.
