Hi Egkzjqgjcwq, According to the internet, using pointers is an advanced subject in C,C++ (and hence Arduino). If you have just started programming, then pointers may be some vague thing you've heard of, but keep at arm's length dare they entangle your brain. We are releasing an entire course in the academy about pointers in the coming weeks. It covers what they are, how to use them, and a whole bunch more! The following video is an excerpt from that course. You can watch it on YouTube here: ![]() Here is the biggest takeaway: “A pointer is a variable that holds the memory address of another variable.” If you’re interested in this, and all the courses we offer, I recommend checking out our training program. It gets very high praise from members, and will give you a clear path to programming your projects with Arduino. Have a great weekend! -Michael Cheich Programming Electronics Academy ####################################### Want to write code that controls electronics?! Start training today!
