Outstanding product

Outstanding product, worked as advertised. Only problem was with the lock, I had to cut one of the tabs off to get the shaft into the receiver, past the landing leg.

It’s been 9 months and I wish I could…

It’s been 9 months and I wish I could give this more stars. The best customer service you can ask for. I emailed on a Sunday and got a message back directly from Sean within 2 hours. I ordered the hitch that afternoon in May of 2022. It arrived in just a few days. We have a 2008 3/4 ton Suburban pulling a 34 ft Outback. Daylight and dark difference in the ProPride and the top advertised sway bar. We couldn’t feel safer traveling the road with our family of 5. We took a 1400 mile trip last summer and loved it. Driving through the high winds of Illinois with a 34 foot billboard was easy with the ProPride 3P. At no moment did we have any sway with the 3P. Don’t mistake sway and wind push with one another. We had plenty of wind push that would have caused sway but the 3P kept us safe with a little reduction in speed. Just remember to check everything and all your measurements on the yoke periodically to make sure everything stays in place. I had to loosen and readjust the yoke brackets 1 time so far. Honestly I drive with 1 hand now instead of the white knuckles before the ProPride 3P. Thanks ProPride for making us safe.
