I also wanted to ask—by any chance, did you access the Prose site through a third-party site? We take customer privacy extremely seriously, so it's important to us to find out how others may have accessed this account. We use a password-less login that's only accessible via email, but in this case, it seems the customer may have accidentally made their login link public. Again, any details you can provide would be extremely helpful for us.
