8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp lemon juice
Topping:
2–3 oranges, thinly sliced Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
1 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make crust: Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into a greased baking dish. Bake 8–10 minutes, then cool.
Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Assemble: Spread filling over cooled crust. Arrange orange slices on top.
