About Your Instructor

Bonnie Hunter is passionate about quilting, with a focus on scrap quilts and the simple art of “making do.” Her love of quilting began in a high school home economics class in 1980, and she hasn’t looked back since. Before turning quilting into a full-time career, Bonnie was the owner and designer behind Needle in a Haystack, where she created more than 70 patterns for dolls and stuffed animals with a country primitive style.
