Hi -,

I've spent more than 20 years working in herbal medicine and women's health, and I'll be honest with you.

I didn't come to this work because it looked good on a
resume.

I came to it because I lived it.

I struggled through terrible PMS as a teenager, heartbreak around my pregnancies, and then perimenopause hit me
like a freight train I thought I'd seen coming.

I knew what was happening biologically.

What I wasn't prepared for was the anger that came out of nowhere.

The brain fog that made me question my own competence,

And the way it quietly crept into every single corner of my life.

Even with 20 years of knowledge behind me, I still wasn't ready for the emotional weight of it.

And if that was my experience, I can only imagine what it feels like for a woman navigating this without any of
that background, without anyone talking to her openly about what's coming.

That's what drives everything I do. A while back, I was giving a seminar and mentioned a lesser-known menopausal symptom.

Strange skin sensations, almost like something crawling on your skin.

A woman in the audience said out loud, "I'm not crazy. I'm not crazy."

That moment is burned into my memory.

Because that's what silence costs women: it costs us our peace of mind.

It costs us years of thinking something is wrong with us, when really, we just needed someone to tell us the truth.

So that's what I want to do for you this Mother's Day.

No fluff, no trends, no gimmicks — just real solutions from someone who genuinely cares whether you feel good in your own skin.

You deserve that.
