I'm at the coffee shop with The Cars powering the morning.
I was going to write an email today... something like "10 reasons you gotta be down with OPP", but instead I'll give you one.
One single reason.
FREEDOM.
At the end of the day--that's the name of the game, isn't it?
Doing what you want, whenever you want from wherever you desire.
Years ago I fell for the "scale your business" hype.
"Ryan, you're playing too small--you need to staff up" a friend told me.
So I hired a bunch of full-time employees.
Signed a multi-year lease on a large office (big mistake).
And while my "top line" revenue grew--my net (take home) didn't.
All I did was all more stress and complexity to my life for the same amount of income.
Today? At 53?
I'm embracing the power of small, but mighty.
Zero employees. Zero overhead. Zero bloat.
My entire business is just a single Macbook Air (gotta keep things light!).
Start my morning off around 8am with a few short video clips. 20 minutes of work. Max.
Then an email--another 20 minutes.
And finally, I work on offers and monetization for another 20 minutes.
I call it GTB (Grow, Type, Bank).
About 60 minutes of real, focused work and by 9am I can call it a day if I wish.
One person with a single AI tool can grow a really, really good lifestyle business.
The platforms are rewarding us with massive growth and exposure.
Then layer on light and lean digital products, platform monetization, subscriptions, templates, commissions, etc.
There's never, ever been a better time to be a lean, mean, one-person publishing machine.
So there's only 1 question you gotta answer and it'll shape the rest of your life...
