After creating all those GPTs.. coupled with my daughter's HS graduation (and lots of banquets 'n' parties), and my Knicks finally won the championship... it's been busy!
But even with all the craziness, the GTB flywheel continues.

A funny thing happens when you keep creating short videos.
Even during a "dip" (every creator has a traffic dip!), your list still grows.
I've been in dip the past few days and still getting 100 new email subscribers a day.
How?
The back catalog effect.
Your shorts 'n' reels continue to be shown months later to new people.
Every day, the catalog grows.
More touch points.
More ways to grow your list.
Remember, the algorithm is hungry for short, bingeable videos.
Your job is to feed it every day.
That's it.
Create. Post. Repeat.
Daily habit.
Daily ritual.
I've been at it in my new market for over 3 months and the darn thing just works.
Consistency is the secret.
Show up and watch the magic.
