Today, we’re introducing you to the person behind some of the moments that bring the SBL community together. We sat down with Leticia to talk about her proudest moments at Scandinavian Biolabs, the products she loves, and the experiences that continue to inspire her work.

Your worst hair moment ever?

Definitely my platinum blonde era. My hair went from shiny and full to thin and dull in just a couple of years. It took me a while to bring it back to life. 🫣

What's the best hair tip you would give your younger self?

I've never struggled with hair loss, but I've definitely put my hair through a lot: I've had it black, red, platinum blonde, pink... you name it. I'd tell my younger self to keep experimenting, but to build a solid foundation with good products and habits. It makes all the difference when it comes to avoiding damage, elasticity, and chemical cuts.

Which 3 SBL products do you actually use yourself — and what does each one do for you?

Shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. Salon trim or DIY?

Salon trim when my hair is short. When it's long, I usually cut it myself, fringe included.

Which SBL product do you think is underrated — and why should more people know about it?

Definitely the Sea Mineral Spray. I've always loved that “fresh-out-of-the-sea” wavy texture, but I hate it when sea salt sprays leave hair feeling sticky. Ours is super lightweight, adds great texture, and has zero stickiness. Hands down my favorite styling product.
