Graham Fudger presents Symmetries, a new series of 4K UHD moving-image works exploring the psychology of colour, balance, and perception. A multidisciplinary contemporary artist working across digital media, sculpture, and photography, Fudger has spent decades investigating the relationship between humanity, technology, and the natural world. His career has taken him across five continents, while his recent work has focused increasingly on colour as both a sensory and conceptual medium.
Following a year-long study of Colour in Contemporary Art funded by Arts Council England and a residency at Sir Isaac Newton’s family home, Fudger has continued to explore how colour shapes emotion, memory, and perception. Through exhibitions and projects spanning institutions including the Millennium Gallery Sheffield and Oxford University Museum of Natural History, his practice has established a distinctive dialogue between art, science, and sensory experience.
