Across the new works, fluid forms surge, stretch, gather, and collapse through saturated colour, reflective surfaces, and shifting depths. Each develops its own visual rhythm: from concentrated bursts of energy to sweeping, suspended forms and moments of apparent regeneration. Rather than following the predictable behaviour of real-world liquids, Dennis H. Miller allows these materials to move according to an imagined set of physical rules.
Together, the three additions push Liquidation further into states of instability and transformation, while retaining the ambiguity at the heart of the collection. There is no prescribed narrative or interpretation. Instead, movement, music, colour, and material invite each viewer to find their own associations within forms that seem, for a moment, to become alive.
