Tax relief: SEIS eligible (up to 50% income tax relief)
Minimum direct investment: £2,000
Card payments: Not accepted

There is no annual management charge to investors or portfolio companies.
Partners are personally invested across all funds to align incentives.

Performance fee: 35% of returns after a 1.2× ROI.
Initial investment fee: None for investors; a 9.5% fee for portfolio companies.
