Founder letters tend to run long and say very little. I will keep this one short, because a few things have changed at Sene and you should hear them from me.

First, the honest part. Some orders have been taking longer than they should - Merino Wool and Pima Reserve most of all, along with a handful of other pieces. If you were one of the people who waited, I am sorry. You ordered something made for your body, and then you had to wait too long for it. That is the opposite of what Sene should feel like. We are now back to normal lead times.

Second, what we are building. In the coming months you will be able to save more than one fit and shop them on your own - a slim fit for dinner, a loose fit for the weekend, a tucked fit for work - and reorder any of them with your measurements already dialed in, no back and forth. It will make shopping Sene dramatically easier, and it is the thing Mark and I are most excited about this year.

Third, what is not changing. Most brands put their energy into making things cheaper. We put ours into making things better - richer fabric, stronger construction, each piece an improvement on the last. That is where your dollars go, and that will not move.

The goal behind all of it is simple: Sene should feel smooth, effortless, and fast. You tell us your fit once, and everything after that just works.
