Big things are happening behind the scenes at Senza Gluten! Chef Jemiko has some exciting plans in the works and has spent a long time considering the best way to move forward. While there is much love between everyone on our team, simply considering business logistics we’ve decided to make a few changes.
Chef Jemiko has made the decision to leave Senza Gluten Restaurant and focus his creative efforts on expanding Senza Gluten by Jemiko/Senza Gluten Cafe & Bakery to help bring more gluten free food to more people - he cannot wait to share with you his future plans, so stay tuned.
While Chef Jemiko will no longer be responsible for the restaurant, he continues to welcome you with a warm heart at the cafe & bakery. Meanwhile, Teona and the Senza Gluten Restaurant family will continue hosting you, offering your favorite traditional Italian dishes, always gluten free.
And while these are technically now two separate businesses, many things are remaining the same, including each owner’s commitment to their relaxing and safe gluten free environment.
