Flying to your favourite destination is that much sweeter when you bag a great deal. And you can, thanks to Skyscanner’s ‘Flexible dates’ tool. This handy feature helps you find out both the cheapest month of the year to fly, and the cheapest day to fly within that month.
How to use the ‘Flexible dates’ tool on your laptop 💻
1. Head to the Skyscanner homepage and enter where you’re flying from, plus your chosen destination
2. Select ‘Flexible dates’
3. Tap on your chosen month
4. See prices for the whole month on the next screen – you can select the ‘Chart’ tab to see price levels for that month at a glance
How to use it on the go 🏃
You can also view flight prices at a glance using the Skyscanner app.
1. Download the Skyscanner app.
2. Enter where you’re flying from and to
3. Choose ’Anytime’, then tap through the months to view prices
4. If you’re not sure where you’d like to fly to, select ‘everywhere’. You’ll then see a list of the cheapest destinations.
