Membership is available to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 16+ and is free to join. Earn 1 Point for every qualifying $1 spent. Points issued after purchase. For every 100 Points, receive a Reward. Increase your Level to get higher value Rewards. Rewards expire 60 days after issue. Reward Minimum Spend equal to twice the reward value applies. Spend-to-Retain your Level applies to Level 2 & Level 3 members, assessed annually. Members may also receive Welcome, Birthday and Anniversary Rewards, which follow the same redemption conditions as standard Rewards. Rewards are not redeemable for the purchase of gift cards. Points expire after 2 years of inactivity. Points are not earned on the redemption of Rewards or the purchase of gift cards, charity items or delivery fees. If items are returned, any related Points, Spend and Rewards will be adjusted, and refunds will reflect the amount paid after Rewards were applied.
