If you've been waiting for the Weber Searwood to go on sale, now's your moment. It's our top recommended pellet grill and one of the first big Memorial Day deals to drop this season.
Right now, you can save $100 on the regular-size Searwood 600 ($899) or save $200 on the Searwood XL ($1,199) at Lowe's.
We've cooked a ton on the standard Searwood, and it's earned its place as our best pellet grill. It's versatile enough to smoke low and slow or crank up the heat for searing burgers or steaks.
We've done most of our cooking on the standard, but if we were buying again, we'd go for the XL. Extra cooking space always comes in handy, and at $200 off, it's the bigger saving.
The deal is live at Lowe's, Weber.com, BBQ Guys, and Ace Hardware. Lowe's throws in free delivery and free assembly, which is worth factoring in on a grill this size.
The Weber Smoque is also on sale at $699, down from $869. It's a more budget-friendly option aimed squarely at smoking rather than doing everything. It didn't produce quite the same depth of smoke flavor as the Searwood in our experience, but at $170 off it's a solid buy if you already have another grill for high heat and just want a dedicated smoker.
