Low Country Crescent Rising is now available on-site.
In one of the most iconic moments of the Revolutionary War, Sergeant William Jasper raised the Moultrie Flag over the ramparts after it had been struck down by British Naval bombardment during the Battle of Sullivan’s Island in 1776, rallying South Carolina’s troops to victory. The flag was designed by Colonel William Moultrie, commander at the battle, in 1775 for the 2nd South Carolina Regiment, and its design would later inspire the South Carolina state flag.
This limited-edition pure Red Virginia blend pays tribute to this triumph with three grades, from Orange Red to Mahogany, all pressed and sliced into delicate flakes — a rich and round mixture with naturally toasty and citrusy notes.
