Cornell & Diehl’s ever-popular summertime Small Batch blend, Sun Bear, is back, this year in a Bourbon Cask edition.
2026’s iteration features black mangrove honey that was aged and matured for one year in a retired bourbon barrel. Sun Bear Bourbon Cask delivers the warm, buttery, and subtly boozy character of the classic Sun Bear profile, elevated by the natural sweetness and fruitiness of the barrel-aged raw honey, as well as the deeper notes of salted caramel, vanilla, and charred oak. Whispers of silver tequila and elderflower lend further complexity, resulting in a nuanced smoke with a refreshing and rounded finish to puff away through the dog days of summer.
