| Your photo library is getting some shiny new improvements on desktop and mobile web, starting today. In addition to a handy left-side navigation menu and readily-available search and sort filters, you can now recover recently deleted files all on your own, no Support Hero needed. Deleted photos and videos are now recoverable in the left-hand navigation menu under “Recently Deleted.” You can select individual files or batches of photos, click “recover,” and your photos will pop right back into your library where you left them. Photo and video recovery is available for 30 days after a file is deleted, but if you forget or change your mind after that, you can always reach out to a Support Hero for help. |
