Designing the Primal Chinook

Sometimes new styles start with a very specific request. A few years ago, our former owner (and now employee co-owner) Tricia was getting ready for a trip and wanted a shoe that was easy to slip on, comfy enough for all-day wear, and sturdy enough for travel. So she asked us to make something a little different: a Zen Moccasin with a leather upper and rubber sole. Tricia took them on her travels and loved them so much, she told us she never wanted to take them off. We figured she was onto something. And just like that, the Primal Chinook was born.
