Hi there,

I’m Dr. Ritu Chopra, co-founder of Solvasa and a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Beverly Hills.

Lori and I built this company together because we saw the same problem from different sides. She saw it from decades leading the beauty industry. I saw it from the operating room.

Here’s what most people don’t realize about their skin: it has a drainage system. The lymphatic system works to get rid of toxins that the blood has filtered out. But as we age, some of the smooth muscle around the lymphatic channels deteriorates and they become more porous. Drainage gets sluggish, so those toxins and waste just sit there longer.

The good news is that by applying consistent pressure to the little valves within the lymphatic channels, you can manually direct toxins toward the lymph nodes to eliminate them. That’s what a lymphatic drainage massage does.

And it doesn’t require a professional. Five minutes a day at home with a vibration tool and a quality serum is enough to support real change. The key is consistency. Doing something daily for 21 days helps it become a healthy habit. Continue for 90 days to see ongoing, meaningful benefits.

I’ll be showing up in your inbox from time to time to share insights on skin that are more than skin deep. No sales pitch. Just the science that keeps you up to speed on how inner wellness and outer beauty are connected … and how much is in your control.

Be well,

Dr. Ritu Chopra
