What Turning 70 has Taught Me About Beauty

Hi there,
Today is my 70th birthday.
I don't feel 70, although I'm not entirely sure what 70 is supposed to feel like.
For most of my life, people were surprised when they learned my age because I looked younger than my years. These days, people still say, "Wow, you look great"—but now it’s often followed by "for your age."
The reality is that at 70, I'm not going to look 45, no matter how committed I am to nutrition, exercise, and skincare. And that's okay.
What I do know is that my 40+ years in the wellness and beauty industries have helped me stay ahead of the curve. I've built self-care practices grounded in science and informed by decades of working alongside some of the world's leading aesthetic physicians, researchers, and wellness experts.
Today, I take great joy in helping women cut through the noise, avoid fleeting fads, and make informed choices that support both the health and beauty of their skin. There is a balance between avoiding harsh ingredients and endocrine disruptors while still choosing products that actually deliver results.
As I've often said, the absence of bad doesn't automatically make something good. And punishing skin into submission is ultimately a losing battle.
