Discount availability may vary by destination, flight, and day of the week, and won’t be available on some flights that operate during very busy travel times and holiday periods. Please note that the Department of Transportation (DOT) requires advertised fares to include all government taxes and fees; however, this promotion applies to the base fare only.

Discount is valid on new reservations only. Discount will apply only for select flights booked within the Booking Period, while supplies last, for travel flown within the Travel Period. Hotel Offer Terms and Conditions:

Qualifying Activity

This offer is limited to reservations made on the Southwest® Hotels website (Southwest Hotels website) during the booking period between 12:01 a.m. CT September 14, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. September 21, 2026 ("Booking Period"). Stays with checkout on or before September 30, 2027. The bonus is only applicable to selected hotels.

Earn Offer

Earn 3,000 Southwest Rapid Rewards® bonus points when you book a qualifying hotel (marked with the bonus-applied badge) via Southwest Hotels website during the Booking Period.

Burn Offer

Receive a 3,000 Southwest Rapid Rewards® points discount per transaction when you redeem 100 percent with points for your hotel booking via Southwest Hotels website during the Booking Period. The discount applies only to transactions paid entirely with points.

General Terms

Promotional offers cannot be applied to existing bookings or retroactively applied to bookings not made using the specified links during the Booking Period. Offers cannot be combined with any other bonuses or promotions.

To redeem or earn points, Members must log into their Rapid Rewards® account. If a reservation is totally or partially canceled, the promotional offer does not apply. The Rapid Rewards Member must complete the stay as originally booked.
