Quality Control Process
Inspect, Inspect, Inspect!
👉 First we lay the garment flat on a clean surface.
Place the measuring tape at the high point of the shoulder and measure straight down to the bottom hem to ensure the length meets specs.
👉 Next we measure the Chest Width:
Line up the side seams evenly.
Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (under the seam) while holding the tape taut to get the precise chest width. Double the length and check against spec.
👉 Then it's time for Sleeve Length:
Locate the top shoulder seam.
Measure down the outer sleeve edge to the end of the cuff.
👉 Fit Test & Final Inspection:
Try on the garment to double-check overall fit, sleeve torsion, hood shape, fur texture, and inner lining.
👏 Once everything is good to go, we ship it out!
