Hi ,
This Back to School collection is the biggest response we've ever had. The team and I spent months on these bags, obsessing over every pocket, strap and colorway, and watching you all show up for it has been the best kind of overwhelming. So first, thank you!
Now the honest part. All that love has our warehouse working through a bigger volume than we planned for, and orders are moving a few days slower than our usual pace. Nothing is stuck, nothing is lost, we're just packing as fast as we can, and I'd rather be transparent than have you wondering.
If your first day is still weeks away, you're in great shape. But if you're working toward a specific date, here's what I'd do:
Order this week. The earlier your order lands, the earlier it ships.
Skip personalization if you're tight on time. Personalization adds a few extra business days on our end. It's worth the wait if you have it, but if you don't, the bag is just as good without it.
Choose 2-day shipping at checkout if your deadline is close.
We want the bag on your kid's back before the first bell, and a little planning now makes that a lot easier. Thank you for making this our biggest season yet. We don't take it for granted.
