It's me, Jörg Schauer, many people know me only as the owner and CEO of STOWA. However, further down I will write something about my own professional career and passion. First, the current situation: For all of us the last days have been very exhausting - what will come is not necessarily predictable, it changes almost every hour. Considering the complexity of the whole thing, I would like to pragmatically say that I personally and all STOWA employees will continue to be there for you. Of course, all plans - as probably with everyone - have been significantly disturbed and have come to a sudden halt. You can reach us via live chat on the website and also by phone. As long as our logistics team keeps on driving, we will also deliver the ordered watches and bracelets. But we also want to continue to work on the things that we enjoy and that distract us all a little. Of course with the necessary imposed security measures and in the thought of all those who may not be able to operate so freely. Those who feel like reading this newsletter can do so in the next few days or save it for a later date. I have been building my special wristwatches for over 30 years now and due to the purchase of the brand STOWA in 1996 I had to reduce the activities step by step. Now my passion to build beautiful watches is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. I would like to show you here and on the STOWA website some of my work and also write something about my motivation. I don't know if this is the right time, but I think that we should not remain in shock. I only get in touch today because the last days were reserved for the STOWA team to find an individual solution for everyone and to reduce fears.
