The rumble of the engine, the brightness of the sun, the scent of grain, the sheer power of the machine—it overwhelmed my senses in the best way. After all, how often do you see where your food comes from?
As the sun set over the fields, time slowed. No sirens, no buildings, no noise. Nature working hard to nourish and farmers working alongside it - a partnership as old as time.
By the end of the day, I was dusty, sunburned, and exhausted. But my heart was full.
One day of harvest. That's all it took me to realize the importance of the process, the value of understanding where your food comes from, and the role nature plays in connecting us all.
Not a day has gone by that I haven't felt immense pride in what I do and the company I work for.
Like I said—it's extraordinary.
