Why your nights may still feel “on”
Is this your brand on Milled? Claim it.
Hi ,
There’s something I’ve noticed about nights.
They rarely slow down on their own.
Most of us finish the day, but then we keep moving through bright rooms, checking messages, watching TV, making tea, getting ready for bed, or doing one last thing around the house. I do it too.
And even when we feel tired, all that evening light can still tell the body, “Stay awake.”
That’s why I like putting on my Swannies before the night gets too late.
Not just for screens, but for the whole evening environment.
The overhead lights feel less harsh.
The room feels softer.
My eyes relax.
And it feels easier for my body to understand that the day is winding down.
It’s a small habit, but it helps protect that natural rhythm we all rely on.
Nothing complicated. Just a simple way to make the evening feel calmer.
Hope this helps if you’ve been curious. You can take a look here: Try Swannies now.
We also try to keep it simple, you can try them for 30 days, and if they’re not for you, returns are free across the US, UK, and Canada.
Warmly,
James Swanwick
