On the road this month I needed food that made me feel like a human being. These two were on rotation:
Cucumber & herb smash salad smashed cucumbers, loads of fresh mint and dill, chilli flakes, rice vinegar, sesame oil, a pinch of salt. Done in five minutes. Tastes like a spa.
Not a breakfast gal but when I'm on the go i need the energy sooo... golden milk overnight oats oats, coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, a little maple syrup, chia seeds. Make it the night before. Eat it in a taxi. No notes.
