Meet the TCA team!

Have you ever wondered: who are the brains behind the worlds best sports gear? Well, it's time to find out.

Some of the most common questions we get from you, our customer, are about the team behind the brand and the process of creating athlete-approved sportswear.

So each week you'll be finding out a little bit more about the TCA team; from the brains behind the business operations, to the creative process behind the designs. You'll soon know all there is about us here at TCA. We hope you enjoy getting to know more about the team and our business.

What does your job involve?

I look after all the business operations, both online & offline. With the help of my team I make sure the company has the right type & quantity of stock available, with the fastest possibly delivery time, for all our TCA customers around the world. I also lead the execution of a lot of our key projects, from launching & marketing a new range on the website to ensuring we can offer prime to our Amazon UK customers out of our warehouse in Swansea.

When did you join?

I joined in April 2017 & have been with the company almost 4 years.

What do you love about working for TCA?

TCA has the perfect working culture for me. Everyone loves to work hard & get results, but no one takes themselves too seriously either.

What is an exciting project you are working on?

At the moment we are launching a new warehouse in Ohio to continue our US expansion. Here we are supplement our UK to US fulfilment model & having the two warehouses work together in a ‘hybrid’ model. There has been lots of key challenges in getting all the corresponding systems set up & working alongside each other.

What is your favourite TCA memory?

Today, as I have just confirmed we have already had our biggest sales month ever 😉. You can ask me again at the end of next month where it may have changed.

What do you do to keep fit?

I bought myself a rowing machine when we entered lockdown & in the words of an onlooker ‘go ham’ on it on my balcony in the evenings. I used to spend my lunches in the gym, but I have now switched that to home workouts. At the moment I’m loving working up new routines & thinking which part of my kitchen I can use as apparatus.

What is your favourite TCA product?

The men’s stamina tee. It fits like a dream & is always my go to recommendation for friends & family.
