Piglet & Co is coming to Portland.
If you know, you know - Piglet & Co doesn't travel much. The San Francisco restaurant has been on Eater's Essential 38, named one of the best new restaurants in America, and has quietly become one of the most beloved spots in the Bay. Next week, they're coming to Portland.
On Saturday, 3/14, Piglet & Co teams up with Kau Kau for the first Live Fire Cooking Club dinner of 2026 — a four-course family-style meal where Hawaiian comfort food meets Asian soul food, all cooked over Thaan charcoal.
Think Kobujime Kanpachi, Beef Lu'au Porridge, Huli Grilled Whole Chicken, Grilled Ube Butter Mochi. The chefs will walk you through every course — the stories, the ingredients, the inspiration behind the night.
Kau Kau is no slouch either — Eater Essential 38 Portland, Oregon Live's 25 Best Dishes of 2025. This is two serious kitchens doing something genuinely special together!
