By default, the order of meals is Breakfast, Snack 1, Lunch, Snack 2, Dinner, and Snack 3. But not everyone's day looks the same! That's why we give you full control to customize the planner based on your schedule. To change the order of your meals, click on the meal name and choose your preferred label from the drop-down menu. You can also customize the days of the week to start the plan on any day you'd like!
