Auction season is upon us and a few very special watches from Armoury founder Mark Cho's collection are coming up for sale at Phillips New York and Christie's New York. We are particularly proud to have two watches with our handmade precious metal bracelets as well as other extremely rare pieces available for bidding.

This special edition Louis Cartier is the much sought-after "mosiac dial". Each square on the dial is made of a different shade of gold. I designed a custom brick bracelet that matched this delightful pattern using a randomized assortment of gold bricks. 

The custom bracelet, inspired by the classic brick bracelets of the 1930s, is made by bracelet craftsmen in Hong Kong. It is the result of a joint project between international menswear brand, The Armoury, and Maia, a Hong Kong company specialized in making precious metal bracelets. Each bracelet is custom made and the endlinks are specifically crafted for a precise fit to the watch head. Additional links are available for purchase on request. 

The 5035 is one of Patek's hidden gems and this blue dial Singapore special edition is the most beautiful of all of the variants of this watch. The case is well sculpted and highly wearable, measuring a comfortable 37mm in diameter.

One of the rarest variants of the Lange 1 featuring a complex guilloche pattern atop a lively mother of pearl dial. This watch was originally intended for the German and Singapore markets. 

The 5236 is a worthy candidate for a "one watch collection". The one-line calendar display is a marvelous technical achievement, a miniaturization of the 725/4 pocket watch from the 1970's. I especially love the case, with its pointed lugs and broad, sloping bezel descended from the Patek 3448.
