Feels pretty special to be back 💗

Hi Ladies,

Funny how life has a way of bringing you back to where it all began 💗

When Adam and I first started this journey, we never could have imagined what The Lady Shake would grow into or the amazing community that would come with it. A few years and plenty of life later, we've had the opportunity to buy The Man Shake and The Lady Shake back, and we're so excited to be back and getting stuck into this next chapter.

There's been LOTS happening behind the scenes as we settle back in, and you may have noticed a few changes already. We can't share everything just yet, but there are plenty of ideas flying around and lots happening as we look at what's next for The Lady Shake.

For me, one of the best parts about being back is getting to reconnect with this community again. Whether you've been here since the early days, joined us somewhere along the way or you're brand new, we're so glad you're here and we're excited to have you along for what comes next.
