Can we talk comfort food for a second, ladies? 🍩
When it's cold and dark by 5pm, nobody's craving a salad. Winter is comfort food season, and honestly, thank goodness for that. You don't have to swear off the things you love to stay on track. You just need a few smarter versions of what you were going to enjoy anyway.
A couple to get you started:
🍝Big bowl of pasta? Go half pasta, half veg. Same full belly, a lot lighter, and the veg fills you up so you're not back for seconds.
🍫 Sweet tooth after dinner? A couple of squares of dark chocolate beats half a block of milk. It's richer, so a little goes a long way, and you get the same after-dinner treat for far less sugar.
