I’ve got something a little special for you this week.
You’ve probably seen me mention Ryan Hurd at the bottom of these emails for years - he runs the Dream Portal, and he’s spent a couple of decades researching lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, and the stranger corners of the dreaming mind. He knows this stuff about as well as anyone.
Well, Ryan has agreed to do an exclusive Ask Me Anything, just for us. :-)
Here’s how it works: you send in your lucid dreaming questions, Ryan picks the best ones, and he answers them properly in a video. No question too basic, no question too strange.
You can ask him anything to do with lucid dreaming. But if you want a steer on what to ask...
Lately Ryan has been spending a lot of time with two kinds of dreamer.
The first is the people who just can’t seem to lucid dream often enough - maybe one every few weeks if they’re lucky - and want to know how to make it a regular thing.
The second is the people who DO get lucid, but then hit a wall inside the dream itself - the dream collapses after a few seconds, or they can’t steer it at all, or the scene keeps shifting and some dream figure throws them off course.
If either of those sounds like you, this is your chance to get a real answer from someone who has helped a lot of people through exactly that.
So - what do you want to ask Ryan?

Get yours in by next Wednesday, 3 June. After that, Ryan sits down to record, and I’ll send the video your way once it’s ready.
