Hey mate,
Motivation gets you started, but consistency keeps you moving towards your weight loss goals. It’s not about being perfect or pushing yourself hard for a fortnight. It’s about making simple, healthy choices most days.
Which means one bad day doesn't undo everything. A night out costs you one meal, not the weight you've already lost. Writing off the rest of the week is what costs you, because that's four days gone instead of one, and it's why a lot of us finish the month right where we started.
So don't start again Monday. Just have your shake tomorrow morning.
That's the whole habit. Swap one or two meals a day:
🥤 30g of protein, so you're not running on empty by 3PM ✅ Cuts calories without you counting a single one ⏱️ Ready in thirty seconds, which is why it's easy to keep doing 🍽️ Dinner stays a proper feed with the family
The habit usually breaks for a boring reason though. You run out. The bag's empty on a Thursday, reordering doesn't happen, and a fortnight later the routine's gone.
