You look after the site. The job's done right, the apprentice is still alive, the invoices are only three weeks late. You look after everyone, but who's looking after you?

🦺 A few quick tips to look after yourself:
😎 Slap on the sunnies and sunscreen; you're out in the sun more than most.
💧 Keep the water up on the hot days.
🩺 Book that check-up you've been putting off.
🍽️ Actually take your lunch break and have a shake.​The job will still be there.
🤝 Check in on the bloke next to you. And on yourself.

Simple stuff. Just easy to let slide when you're flat out.
