For those unfamiliar with the name, W.L. Weller is the wheated bourbon that serious collectors have been chasing for years. The Millennium expression sits at the very top of that range. Bottled at 49.5% from new charred American oak barrels at Buffalo Trace in Kentucky.

In the glass, it more than delivers. Rich caramel and vanilla bean on the nose, with dark fruits and toasted oak. The palate is honey, butterscotch, and cocoa layered with cinnamon and sweet wheat. The finish is long, warming, and stays with you.
