Some bottles carry more than whisky. This is one of them.

The Glenfarclas 1999 25 Year Old Millennium, Cask #7516. This is the fourth release in a five-bottle collection drawn from single casks filled on the night the millennium turned. Filled by the Grant family themselves, alongside their staff, at the distillery they've owned for generations.

This particular cask is a first-fill sherry butt, hand-selected by Peter Donnelly, Director of Pol Roger Portfolio. Bottled at 51.2% ABV and presented in a crystal Glencairn decanter.

Twenty-five years between that night and this bottle. Limited edition, and the fourth of only five releases from this collection.
