Why the audio matters

Every bowl in this sale has audio. Some recordings are from the exact bowl you would receive.

The individually recorded bowls in the Curated section each have a recording made from that specific instrument. The audio on the product page is the sound of the bowl that ships to you. Not a sample. Not a similar bowl. That bowl.

A handmade bronze bowl produces beat frequencies in the 1 to 8 Hz range because hand hammering creates mass asymmetry in the vessel, which splits each vibrational mode into two closely spaced frequencies. That is what you hear in the recording. That is what arrives.
