Lynne Stukart led a live flute-focused sound bath for our community last week. The full replay is now available.

A flute tone begins as breath moving through a sustained column of air. In Lynne Stukart's recent live session, that mechanism becomes easy to hear: the breath sets the tone in motion, and the woodwind resonance gives the sound bath a different texture from bowls and gongs alone.

If you missed the live event, you can watch the full replay here. It runs a little over an hour and gives you a direct sense of how Lynne uses the Native American style flute inside a sound bath setting.

You can also join the waitlist for the Native American Flute School we are building with Lynne. The program is being designed as a cohort-based school with structured pre-recorded curriculum, weekly live sessions, and active community learning.

You will learn the instrument for its melodious playing capability and for its practical use inside sound baths, where flute can add breath-led phrasing, woodwind resonance, and a different tonal layer alongside bowls and gongs.

Lynne Stukart holds a Master's degree in Music and has more than three decades of experience as a performer, educator, and sound healing practitioner. She is a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, a Performing Artist for Altus Flutes, and a faculty member of The Ohm Store's Sound School.
