Richard Knop and Leslee Belluchie, founders of the private equity fund FedCap Partners, sold the property to a trust for $17.9 million, a 159 percent increase from its last sale price. The couple bought the house, which spans 4,400 square feet and has five bedrooms, in 2018 for $6.9 million. They put it on the market in May 2024 for $28.5 million. Corcoranâs Paulette Koch represented the sellers, and the buyerâs agent was Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate.

đ Theodore and Doreen Schipani parted with a house at 41 Compass Lane in Fort Lauderdale. The buyer, a company managed by Tarcisio De Meira Lins Filho, paid $6.9 million for the property, or 28 percent off the original list price from 2023 of $9.6 million. The sellers had owned the 5,600-square-foot home since 2021, when they bought it for $3.3 million. Coldwell Banker Realtyâs Gilles Rais had the listing.

The seller was a company tied to Rosalie Peslar, who appears to be the co-founder of Everglades Dressage. The buyer was a company managed by Buffalo, New York-based Jeremy Jacobs, CEO of hospitality and food service company Delaware North, his wife Alice Jacobs, a philanthropist, and Paul Nesper, an attorney. The home was first listed for sale in 2022 with an asking price of just under $7 million. One Sothebyâs International Realtyâs David Norman had the listing. Engel & Volkers Wellingtonâs Amy Carr brought the buyer.
