The latest transaction works out to just under $6,500 per square foot. The buyer, who paid for the home in cash, was NYC CPT, L.P. Extell is leading sales at the property, along with Corcoran Sunshine's Gabriele Tonini, Tim Rizzo, Janet Wang and Kane Manera.

A trust connected to Marcelle Abell-Rosen, a doctor, and Andrew Rosen, chief executive officer of Kaplan, was the buyers. The residence spans just under 5,000 square feet and hit the market in June 2024 for just under $13 million. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Ben Pofcher and Nikki Field represented the seller. Compass’s Heema Khedr represented the buyers.
