Think the robots are taking over? Or are you firmly in the camp that believes AI can help with creativity?
Whatever your stance, there’s plenty to spark debate and inspire discussion at Creative Intelligence (September 11-13), the latest takeover at the Southbank Centre with three days packed to the rafters with art, performance, tech, music, demos, experimentation, play and more – much of it completely free.
Exploring how AI, innovation and human creativity are reshaping the world we live in, it’s an amazing celebration of art, imagination and technology, while the whole thing has been curated with PACT (Planetary Art Culture Technology) to mark Southbank Centre’s origins at the Festival of Britain over 75 years ago.
There’ll be an incredible line-up of creatives, performers and visionaries over the weekend with the likes of multimedia artist Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley, film director Kevin Peter He, composer Holly Herndon, visual artist and film director Andrew Thomas Huang, film director Jenn Nkiru and photographer and film director Jordan Hemingway all making star-studded appearances, amongst many others.
What comes next for the future of creativity and technology? Time will tell – but your invitation to explore the programme will certainly give you a sneak peek.
